CA license plate 5CPY979, dark green 5 series BMW, sexual assault on cyclists

In Fremont today, the above car assaulted a number of cyclists on Paseo Padres and Mission Blvd. The car would veer at high speed close to the cyclist and give them a slap on the buttocks. Fremont Police are treating this as a sexual assault.
